I know what it feels like to lose yourself completely. Not in a dramatic, all-at-once way — but slowly, quietly, in the way that happens when you spend years pouring everything you have into everyone around you and one day look up and realize there is nothing left. Not even enough to remember who you were before you became everything to everyone else.

For a long time I was comfortable with that. I had built a life out of the scraps of free time I could find, and I called it enough. My soul had other ideas.

She got loud. Restless in a way I had never felt before. She would not let me stay on autopilot, would not let me keep pushing her down, would not let me pretend the exhaustion was just tiredness and not something far deeper. She had been neglected long enough — and she was done being quiet about it.

So I surrendered. I let her take the lead. And that surrender changed everything.

I have always been drawn to the metaphysical — numerology, tarot, crystals, energy healing and the world of spiritual development. For years I explored these things privately, convinced they were too nerdy, too easy for others to dismiss. I read everything I could find. I fell down rabbit holes that led to more rabbit holes. I even opened a brick and mortar dedicated to these modalities.

But it was Egyptian Numerology that finally brought everything into focus for me. This system does not just tell you who you are. It shows you the energetic cycles you are moving through, the planetary rhythms running beneath the surface of your life, and exactly when to move, when to rest, and what each season is truly asking of you.

It got my life on track like nothing else ever had. It helped me set goals I did not even know were possible. It gave me back a sense of agency over my own story at a time when I had almost stopped believing I had one. That is why I believe in it so completely.

I am also a Reiki Master, a tarot reader, and someone who holds a deep reverence for the natural world and the healing that comes from truly honoring our connection to it. Every modality I offer is something I have worked with personally, studied seriously, and come to trusted with my own healing.

I am not going to tell you these modalities changed my life because I read about them. I am going to tell you because I lived them. What I have is something different — a genuine, hard-won understanding of what it feels like to be lost, depleted, and ready for something more. I have sat in the exact place many of my clients are sitting in when they find their way here. I know what it costs to stay stuck. And I know what becomes possible when you finally decide not to.

I established The Grounded Feather for the person who is ready to reclaim themselves. Who is tired of living on autopilot. Who feels the pull of something deeper and is finally ready to follow it.
